Selecting a theme is a great way to inspire your business event decor. That way, you can choose backdrops, signage, centerpieces, and other decor items that not only match the theme, but make your event look polished and beautifully put together. 

You can find hundreds of clever business event theme ideas on Pinterest, Google, or Instagram. Some popular ones include: Back to the Future, Hollywood Glam, Winter Wonderland, Game Day, Fiesta, Outer Space, and other pop culture or seasonal themes. 

While scrolling through the options, keep in mind that your theme should be memorable, on-brand, and aligned with your event objectives. It shouldn’t be random; choose a theme that would delight your employees or clients.

Pro Tip: If you’re feeling overwhelmed or don’t want anything “splashy,” we recommend basing your decor theme on a business quote or philosophy that is meaningful to your business. 

For example, let’s say that your company’s motto is, “Dream big, start small.” You could make a beautifully designed digital graphic of this quote and then have it printed on a large backdrop, embossed onto journals, or printed on pens, tee-shirts, and other memorabilia for event guests.
