Quick note: Modern Moments maintains a no-shots policy. We're classy like that.

DJ & Entertainment - The Sound Experts Who Make Magic Happen

These aren't just DJs - they're timeline coordinators, energy managers, and masters of our unique acoustics. They work in perfect harmony with your coordinator to keep everything flowing from first dance to last song (and they know exactly when to cut the mic if Aunt Susan gets too enthusiastic during speeches).

Why are partnerships required? These vendors aren't just familiar with Modern Moments - they're practically family. They know every outlet, every sweet spot for sound, and exactly how to work with our team to make your celebration perfect. Think of them as your built-in success squad.

Have someone else in mind? We get it! You can request admin approval for outside vendors. There's a $300 fee per category, and they'll need to provide insurance and contact info. Just let us know and we'll walk you through it.

You have complete freedom to bring any licensed vendor you love - at zero extra cost. Seriously, no hidden fees, no surprises (unless you count Ben's dad jokes).

• Catering - From elegant plated dinners to that food truck you've been dreaming about

• Cake & Desserts - Because one dessert table is never enough

• Florals - All the blooms that'll make your Pinterest board come to life

• Décor & Rentals - Every detail to transform our space into your vision

• Transportation - Arrive in style (Cinderella's carriage not included, but we won't judge if you show up in one)

• Hair & Makeup - Look and feel absolutely beautiful

• And more! - Seriously, if you can dream it, we'll help coordinate it

All your vendors need to provide is their contact info and insurance certificates. Don't worry - our coordination team handles all that paperwork (we're organized like that... most days).
