From traditional and formal to laid-back and modern, we’ll help bring your wedding dreams to life with unforgettable style! 

Our venue is perfect for intimate gatherings offering a micro wedding package for up to 40 guests. We provide all of the tables and chairs for your cocktail hour, ceremony, and reception with customizable layout options! An on-site event manager will be assigned to help out on the wedding day (should you need them), and they can run your rehearsal as well.

Our Micro wedding pricing is valid for all off-peak months and on Monday - Thursday in peak months.

Peak months are March, April, and November (not offered on Friday-Sunday in peak months). All other months are considered off-peak months.

  • $2,500 for Monday - Wednesday

  • $2,800 for Thursday

  • $3,500 for Friday

  • $4,000 for Saturday

  • $3,000 for Sunday

With an oversized garage-style door, outdoor space heaters, and interior climate control, we’ll keep your guests comfortable no matter what time of year.

Professional Planning Services

With more than 20 years of experience, Modern Moments professional wedding planner is here to take the stress out of planning your micro wedding. From centerpieces and floral arrangements to selecting bartenders, DJs, and caterers, she’ll attend to your every wish and need. When you look back through your photos, trust us—your wedding will look great from every angle!

Preferred Vendors

The advantage of micro weddings is that your budget goes further. Interested in a top-shelf bar, your dream photographer, or a hit cover band? Let Modern Moments connect you with the best vendors in town. Check out our preferred vendors’ list. We also welcome any vendor of your choice at no extra charge!

All of our pricing includes the following:

  • Use of the entire property (outside and inside venue spaces) for 8 hours - 2 pm - 10 pm

  • All tables and chairs provided - rounds are 60" round

  • Additional tables are rectangles (12 - 8 feet and 10 - 6 feet), and 6-high boys (cocktail) with black linen included

  • A Modern Moments coordinator on site for the duration of the event

  • Ample parking

  • One scheduled rehearsal appointment (Approx 1 hour)

  • A scheduled "design" appointment for client to do layout and create their own masterpiece - recommended to meet approx 1 month prior to event to do this

  • Modern Moments to pay for day-of-event insurance

  • Modern Moments team to set up venue tables and chairs according to layout design

  • Modern Moments team to oversee the venue during the event - i.e., empty trash, pick up items that get on the grass, check on restrooms regularly during the event, and ensure the venue remains clean all throughout your event

  • Modern Moments team to clean up the venue after all items are removed that the client has brought in. All items brought in by the client must be removed by the end of the evening, the day of the event.

  • There is NO EXTRA charge to use vendors that are not on our list. The only requirement is that we ask for their certificate of insurance

  • Our staff does all of the decorating, whether that is your items or our items

  • Floor-length linens for up to 8 tables

  • House centerpiece for up to 6 tables

  • Wedding arch - no decor provided

  • Yard Games (Jenga and Cornhole)

  • The cleaning fee is waived

  • Bridal suite available from 2 pm - 10 pm

    • The bridal suite has up to 3 make-up stations

    • Steamer for last-minute wrinkles

    • Full-length mirrors

    • A small loveseat with carpet and a side coffee table

    • A small table with an electrical outlet for phone chargers

    • Area for bridal suite food and snacks

  • Grooms Room: available from 2 pm - 10 pm

    • The room has a small table and chairs

    • A clothes rack for tuxes, etc.

    • Full-length mirror

    • TV available

    • Side door that opens to the venue for groom/officiant/ etc

  • Designated Restrooms
